Made of non-rusting steel, the rack fits into the bottom of the water basin, allowing easy and stable elevation of the bottom perforated grill for perfect baking of even shallow crème brûlée cups with the recommended minimum water level. The baking rack is designed to raise the grill and is the ideal accessory for making crème brûlée, custard, yogurt, quick breads, moist cakes, sauces, toppings, and more in the water oven.
