Exchange and Return Policy: Purchases via the Phone or Website
Phone or website purchases are eligible for return within 30 days of the ship date. Shipping and handling fees will not be reimbursed.
1. All returned items must be in original, unused condition and must be accompanied by all original contents. All warranty cards must be left blank. Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturers box that has not been defaced or altered in any way.
2. You need to contact us for a return authorization within 30 days of your purchase and have the return approved PRIOR to returning the item. Unauthorized returns will be shipped back to you. Please clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of your box.
We are unable to accept unauthorized returns. In order to return any items you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number ( RMA# ) and instructions on where to send the package back to us. We will also need to know why the item is being returned. You will need to supply us with your name and date of purchase.
If you meet the above requirements, your refund will be issued to the credit card you used for your original purchase, minus our original shipping cost.
Credits and refunds for returns are processed within 14 days from the date we receive the merchandise. Please allow 14 days before inquiring about return credits.
Problems due to manufacturing defects are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty service and support is the responsibility of the manufacturer of your product. Please refer to the warranty documentation that came with your product.We are here to assist you should any complications arise with your product, but ultimately it is the manufacturer that decides on warranty claims.
Applies to customers that pay in foreign currency other than Canadian dollar.
Purchases that are made at this site are charged/converted to Canadian Dollars. Full/partial refunds are also done in Canadian Dollars. Any conversions that are done to any foreign currency paid to myric.com or refunded to the customer will show a different amount in the currency that they used for the purchase or refund. Please refer to TERMS AND CONDITIONS of your credit card company. Myric.com will not compensate for money lost or gained in foreign currency exchange.
Applies to customers that pay in Canadian dollars.
Customers paying in Canadian dollars will see the exact amount charged or refunded to their credit card/Paypal account. There is no conversion for Canadian Dollar customers.
