NOTICE: WE ARE HAVING A STAFF SHORTAGE AT THIS MOMENT.

Please ensure you have the Model Number and Serial Number, and any problems you are experiencing with your machine,

If you are unsure what the Model # or Serial # of your machine is, please put N/A or Unsure and we may contact you and provide assistance.

Make sure to drop off your appliance as soon as the work order is complete and paid for and mark your the work order number on the appliance.


Store access will be currently restricted due to COVID-19, but we are still accepting machines in for repair. In order to minimize contact, there will be a drop off and pick up system via a trolley located outside of our shop, next to the entrance. Payments will be accepted via this page, and contact via email, and/or phone.

MINIMUM SHOP & HANDLING CHARGE: FOR ALL SMALL KITCHEN APPLIANCES, INCLUDING MICROWAVE OVENS:

This is a non-refundable $30.00 down payment for all non-warranty diagnostic and repair services.

If the total bill, parts and labour, to repair the appliance is under $100.00, we automatically repair it. We do not give estimates for repairs under $100.00. If the repairs exceed $100.00, we call with an estimate. If fixed, the $30.00 fee is applied to the payment.

If your De'Longhi unit is under warranty, you must provide proof of purchase when you bring in the unit, the $30.00 does not apply for warranty service. If you decide, or will fax/email bring in proof of purchase at a later date, we will charge a $30 handling fee (non refundable).

The unit will be put in the line-up for service only after we receive the proof of purchase. The other choice is to bring back your unit with all the information, in which case there is no charge.

To expedite ANY service; Once an estimate is given, we request a decision to repair or dispose/recycle be given within 48 hours.

Goods left over 30 days, from the date the estimate is given or unit repaired, will be disposed of.

I thought that they would actually fix my coffee maker but what they did was send it back to Delonghi and I got a new one. Not exactly what I was hoping to do cause I am trying to fix my appliances rather than just getting new stuff and throwing the old stuff away, but the new one is working great and I love the coffee that this Delonghi product makes.
