  • Alder Flavor Bisquettes BTAL120 Bradley Smoker alder bisquettes are rendered from natural hardwoods without additives, producing a clean smoke flavor. The Bradley Smoker consumes bisquettes at the rate of approximately one every 20 minutes. Includes 120 bisquettes for approximate 40 total hours of smoke. Alder and maple give a rich and distinct flavor commonly used with seafood, hams, and bacon. Alder produces a great, slightly sweeter smoke flavor for your food.Most commonly used with fish and seafood because of its milder flavor, Alder bisquettes can also be used when smoking pork and poultry.
