Poor customer service November 6, 2020 Reviewer: Serena from Yukon   I ordered my unit Aug.11 with no indication that this unit was going to be backordered. After I ordered they quietly set the product to backordered without informing me. It's now Nov.6 and Myric pushed their backorder date back again. received damaged September 21, 2020 Reviewer: Monique from SK Canada   Realized when I ordered this that the item was backordered.  I patiently waited longer then anticipated.  It was left on the step, no opportunity to sign for package as was told.  The box had been damaged yet had Myric tape over it.  I had ordered an extra rack which was placed inside the box so an employee had to have noticed the damaged box before sending it to me.  The cover had been bent and could not close so had to be returned.  Very disappointing as I much produce needing to be canned.  The customer service was quick to return calls but I feel this incident could have been avoided.  Canada Post tracking indicated they have returned the package to the company but I have not received any information stating they are doing anything about my return.  So far an unhappy customer. Good quality June 24, 2020 Reviewer: Paul Seguin from Fort St John, BC Canada   Our pressure cooker arrived very quickly after shipping. Upon opening the box the first thing I noticed was how well made it is. The instructions are very clear and thorough. I was hoping for a pressure gauge but as I read the pressure is held by a weighted relief cap that you add or take weight off to maintain desired pressure. Overall nice unit for how reasonably priced it is! We will enjoy it for years to come! Was this review helpful to you?
