Excellent Service July 3, 2020 Reviewer: Amanda Fiorini from Maple Ridge, BC Canada   I’ve been trying to get a replace filter basket lid for my coffee machine for months. The manufacturer didn’t know when they were getting any in and wouldn’t keep in touch. Lyric was excellent, even though they weren’t sure when they’d get any replacements in the communicated and promised to mail it as soon as they had stock and they did.
