I needed a new blade for a very old (and beloved) Cuisinart food processor. Thelma was very helpful in confirming the part needed and that one was in stock, as well as outlining the order/delivery process. Ordering online was easy, and the next day I received an email notice from Canada Post saying they had received the paperwork for my order. Two more emails within a couple of days informed me that my order had been shipped and then that it had been delivered to my mailbox. The part fits fine and works even better. The whole process was easy and efficient. I am very impressed and will definitely order from Myric again should the need arise.
