What is your return policy?

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department is required in advance for all products and parts returned to Myric Electronics Ltd. If you wish to return merchandise:

1) Products may be returned for a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking charge if returned within 30 days of the invoice date (shipping and handling charges are not refundable).

2) Freight must be prepaid and value of Shipment insured at customer’s expense. IMPORTANT: packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days. Simply return the product in the same condition as purchased -- with all manuals, accessories, and the packing slip. Returned orders with items missing will be deducted from the credit

3) Electrical parts, accessories and parts are non refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. The credit will be made within 5-7 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise.
