There is a non-refundable $50.00 upfront charge for all non-warranty diagnostic and repair services.
the total bill, parts and labor, to repair the appliance is under
$150.00, we automatically repair it. We do not give estimates for
repairs under $150.00. If the repairs exceed $150.00, we call with an
estimate. If fixed, the $50.00 fee is applied to the payment.
For DELONGHI UNITS UNDER WARRANTY, you must provide proof of
purchase when or before you bring in the unit. The $50.00 does not apply for
warranty service. If you wish to email or bring in your proof of
purchase at a later date, we will charge a $50 handling fee (NON-REFUNDABLE). The other choice is to bring your unit back with all the information, in
which case there is no charge.
COMPLETE UNITS MUST BE BROUGHT IN FOR REPAIRS. Mixers must include the bowl and flat beater. Coffee machines must include milk frothers, jugs, carafes, sumps and filters if unit came with these.
To expedite ANY service; Once an estimate is given, we request a decision to repair or dispose/recycle be given within 48 hours.
Goods left over 30 days, from the date the estimate is given or unit repaired, will be disposed of.
