Presto 01785 Aluminum Pressure Cooker/Canner is designed for easy, confident, and safe pressure canning and cooking at home. It is the only safe recommended method for canning vegetables, meats, poultry, and seafood.

Not designed for use on outdoor LP gas burners or gas ranges over 12,000 BTUs and will work on induction cooker with stainless steel-clad base.

Made of durable, thick aluminium with a stainless steel-coated base for fast and even heating.




The regulator maintains a pressure of 5 lb, 10 lb or 15 lb. Mason jar capacity: 7 x 1 L jars, 18 x 500 ml jars and 26 x 250 ml jars.

  • The Presto pressure cooker holds up to 26 x 250 ml Mason jars.
    Doubles as a boiling water canner for cooking and preserving fruits, jams, jellies, pickles and home made salsa.
    Adjustable regulator automatically maintains 5, 10 or 15 pounds pressure. Air vent / cover lock allows pressure to built only when the cover is closed properly. Prevents the cover from being opened until pressure is safely reduced. Gives a visual indication of pressure inside the canner.
    This Presto pressure canner & cooker is extra strong and durable. Made of heavy-gauge aluminum for long life and fast, even heating.
    Handy as a large capacity pressure cooker too! Prepares meats, poultry, soups and desserts 3 to 10 times faster than ordinary cooking methods.
